2010 DHYS Fall Season

All players playing at Medlock Park in the Fall need to be evaluated on Saturday, August 14. If this event is rained out it will be re-scheduled on Sunday, August 15. There will be make up evaluations on Tuesday, August 17, starting at 7 pm if needed.

Pony age players (13 or 14 on April 30, 2011) report to Field 6

Bronco age players (11 or 12 on April 30, 2011) report to Field 1

International age players (10 on April 30, 2011) report to Field 2

Mustang age players (9 on April 30, 2011) report to Field 4

Pinto age players (7 or 8 on April 30, 2011) report to Field 3

Shetland age players (5 or 6 on April 30, 2011) report to Field 5

** Please note that Field 7 and 8 are closed for improvements. **

Evaluation Schedule
All players except for Pinto (7 and 8 on April 30, 2011) should report on the following schedule:

A-E 10:00 AM

F-M 11:30 AM

N-Z 1:00 PM

Pinto 7U and 8U players should report to Field 3 on the following schedule:

Last Name | Time

A-C 10:00 AM

D-H 11:30 AM

I-M 1:00 PM

N-R 2:30 PM

S-Z 3:30 PM

Due to the number of Pinto players evaluating on one field we highly encourage you to please come during the allotted times.

Equipment
Players should bring their glove, batting helmet, and a bat. (And a water bottle!)

Unregistered Players
If you have not registered online or been accepted from the wait list by one of the VPs (Huey or Doyle) please come to the pavilion next to the clubhouse to fill out the necessary paperwork. You will need to complete your player's registration by Monday, August 16 in order to be eligible for the draft.

Players will not be evaluated without having a signed Fall 2010 waiver on file, so please make sure you come by the pavilion before going to your field for evaluations if you have not registered online or submitted a waiver.
Several of our divisions are full. Players who sign up at or after evaluations are not guaranteed a spot in the league. If no space is available, you will receive a full refund.

DHYS Night at the Braves Game
A few tickets will be available at the pavilion for $8 each (payable by check) for the DHYS Braves night on September 10.
