PINTO
& T-BALL
EVALUATIONS UPDATE:
Evaluations for
T-BALL
& PINTO will be
held Saturday, February 20th.

Shetland T-Ball
Please
make note that Shetland T-Ball evaluations will be held on Saturday,
February 20th at the following times on Field 8.
Last Names A-L: 12Noon
Last
Names M-Z:
2 PM
Player draft and team assignment will be held on Sunday, February 21st.
7U & 8U Pinto
Please make note that 7U and 8U Pinto evaluations will be held on Saturday,
February 20th at the following times on Field 7 (though after
signing in, some evaluations may be held on adjacent fields):
Last Names:
A-F: 2 PM
G-L: 3 PM
M-S: 4 PM
T-Z: 5 PM
Make-up evaluations will be held on Sunday, February 21st at Noon on Field
7.
Please note that all players in the Pinto level must be evaluated,
even if the player participated in DHYS in the Fall or last Spring. For
evaluations, please have your player bring a bat, batting helmet and a
glove.

Dear
Bronco, International, and Mustang Parents,
Let us first thank you for your patience under difficult circumstances.
At this point there is still standing water and snow on all the fields.
For this reason we will cancel evaluations on Sunday February 14.
We will have evaluations Saturday, February 20 on the same time schedule
as before: 1:00-4:30 pm.
Players with last names A-K should report @ 1:00 pm
Players with last names L-Z should report @ 2:30 pm

We will not have makeup evaluations so please try to attend this event
if at all possible. As a reminder players who participated in the Fall
and don't want to change leagues do not have to evaluate.
We apologize for an inconvenience and look forward to the baseball
season and better weather.

Who should Evaluate:
All players who did not play at Medlock Park in Fall 2009 are required
to evaluate. Players who played at Medlock in the fall and don't
want to change leagues do not have to evaluate.
Players who want to play in a different league than last fall (e.g. played
International but want to move to Bronco in the spring) are also required
to evaluate. We also encourage players that have significantly improved
their skills since the fall to evaluate.
Finally all players on the wait list should come to evaluations to make
sure they have filled out waiver forms and other paperwork.
Where to Evaluate:
Mustang evaluations will be on Field 4
International evaluations will be on Field 2
Bronco evaluations will be on Field 1

B REC EVALUATIONS
REMINDER:

Registration is open until March 8th.
