Easton Hype Fire Drop 5 Bats No Longer Allowed in DHYS Games

We recently became aware that Perfect Game has suspended the following bats from play for safety reasons. DHYS will follow their lead on this matter. Here is the release from PG:

Effective April 8, 2024, the below Easton – Hype Fire Bats are suspended and may not be used in Perfect Game events until further notice.

All Sizes:
30”/25oz
31”/26oz
32”/27oz

The above bats are now banned from use in all DHYS games, effectively immediately. We realize that this ruling will inconvenience some players, but safety is the primary issue here.
